Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly

An all-inclusive care program designed to help seniors maintain their independence by providing a range of services, including medical care, rehabilitation therapies, social services, and transportation. To qualify, participants must be 55 or older, live in the service area, and require a nursing home level of care while being able to live safely and even thrive in the community with PACE’s support.
